舞蹈交织会于2012年首度举办，是【广东现代舞周】交流交易的平台，汇聚国际知名艺术节策展人、演出机构、艺评人、学者与艺术家，提供交流经验、建立联系、探讨艺术观点并开拓合作的机会。舞蹈交织会将呈献一系列来自中国大陆、香港、澳门、台湾和亚洲其他地区的名家编舞之最新作品，以及具才华和潜质的新晋编舞作品。第十二届【广东现代舞周】将于2015年11月7-15日举行，舞蹈交织会于11月7-10日进行。

招聘岗位：项目助理/统筹

岗位描述：
        协助完成【舞蹈交织会】的筹备及后期工作，以便活动顺利进行，包括：
1、        撰写、翻译宣传文稿
2、        展示摊位、研讨会、交流餐聚/茶聚等活动的物料准备，场地布置及活动执行。
3、        嘉宾接待、交通安排
        配合完成【广东现代舞周】其他临时性工作

岗位要求：
1、开朗，诚实可靠，有责任心，具有良好的服务意识，较强的团队协作能力
2、熟悉Microsoft办公软件
3、具备良好的英语口语水平（具有较好翻译能力者优先）
4、熟悉网络、社交媒体推广

招聘对象：
1、艺术管理、英语相关专业的在校大学生
2、艺术管理、活动策划相关工作经验者

工作时间：
2015年7月至12月（前期筹备要求每周到办公室两天，11月7-10日活动进行期间需全天到场）

工作地点：
广东现代舞周办公室（广州沙河顶水荫四横路34号文化大院文兴楼1楼1号）

DanceX (@ Guangdong Dance Festival)

Production Assistant WANTED!!

The Guangdong Dance Festival is an annual event held in Guangzhou. The activities of the Festival include modern dance performances by forefront international artists and dance companies, an international dance exchange and network building platform, an international dance forum, and master classes and workshops by prominent artists and art administrators.

First launched in 2012, DanceX is an international networking platform, intended to develop international relations with China’s contemporary dance. It gathers around festival curators, presenters, art critics, scholars and artists and creates space for exchanged of views and thoughts, building new acquaintances, strengthening existing ties, and identifying new potential of development. While the 12th Guangdong Dance Festival will take place on November 7-15, 2015, DanceX activities will be concentrated on November 7th-10th.   


Duties and Responsibilities
The main scope of work will include assisting and supporting the DanceX platform and its related activities. Other work may include assisting and supporting other related activities to the Guangdong Dance Festival and its related staff.  

Some specific tasks are (but not limited to):

Production:
-Event preparation and production
(Booth Exhibition, Symposiums, Meal Receptions, Cafe, etc.)

Translation/Guest Experience:
-Welcoming and assisting international guests
-Written Translation
-Verbal Translation
-Assistance in arranging transportation and coordination

Marketing:
-Social Media marketing
-Email marketing

Period of Job:
July 1, 2015- December 1, 2015

Working Hours:
10-15 hours/week in the office. During DanceX, November 7-10, you will be expected to work the entire day.  


To Apply:
-College students of Arts Management, English or related major
-1-2 Years Experience in Production and/or Arts Administration
-Not required, but preferred: Skills in social media/email marketing, High English Translation Skills

You are expected be organized, punctual, communicative, flexible, and open-minded.  
You are expected to be good at multi-tasking and cooperative. You are expected to have fun!
